MP Solutions AI provides AI-powered marketing automation, lead management, scheduling, follow-up systems, AI agents, training, and related services for entrepreneurs and small businesses. The specific services provided will be outlined in your service agreement.

Payment terms, including pricing, billing cycles, and accepted payment methods, will be specified in your individual service agreement. Services are billed on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed upon.
All automation systems, workflows, templates, and proprietary technology developed by MP Solutions AI remain our intellectual property. Clients retain ownership of their own data and content.
MP Solutions AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the preceding 12 months.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will assist with data export and transition as reasonably necessary. All outstanding payments remain due upon termination.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our business relationship. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
